Hemp Seed Hulled

Whole hemp hearts (aka hemp seed hearts) are the result of a removal of the outer shell of the hemp seeds. Hulled hemp seed hearts have a higher overall percentage of protein and are much sweeter and nuttier in flavor than the whole hemp seed.

Qualities: hemp seed provides an excellent source of protein because it contains all the 21 known amino acids and, as a plant-based source of protein, stands out for being especially easy for the body to digest and absorb. It is a rich source of B vitamins, dietary minerals such as manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iron, and both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber.
