Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $75.00 excluding Live Birds

Available items will be shipped with in 1 to 2 days from the time the order was placed. Any items not on back order will not be included but a message will be sent notifying customer. 

All Live Birds shipping fee is $79.99

All birds will be shipped out on Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday. Prior to birds being shipped out, New York Bird Supply will check the bird to make sure that the it is in top shape to travel. If there is an issue or concern, New York Bird Supply may email the client a photo of the bird/s that will be shipped for approval. This email confirmation, will then allow us to proceed with shipment.  All shipments must be signed at the time the birds are picked up at the post office.
