RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and/or sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a product is damaged during transit and does arrive at the destination address a photo must be taken and emailed to nybssales@nybird to show proof of damaged iteams. At that time an evaluation will be made and determine a course of action.
If your shipment was damaged during transit and the carrier admits fault we will automatically ship out a replacement of the order.
No refunds will be given, until the order is returned to our warehouse and is inspected.
