Return Bird policy
If you are unhappy with the birds you have received, you will have up untill 48 hrs to notify the company and at that point we can send you a return label for you to ship the birds back. Once we receive the birds and all birds are in good condition we will issue you a full refund of the birds and not the shipping.
Once you have received your bird from the Post office and the bird appears to be deceased or ill, you must immediately take a picture and email the photo to birdsales@nybird.com Please allow up to 48 hrs for a reply back on non working days.
If a bird is deceased upon arrival, a photo needs to be sent over and we will issue you a full refund of only the deceased bird and not the shipping coast.
Bird Gender notification; Not all bird specie gender are Guaranteed, do to the specie of bird is metamorphic, or the actual birds are to young to determine its gender
If you receive a gender other than what you have order, you first shall prove the gender of the bird you are claiming it is.
*Please note that after your new companion has been in your care for 48 hours, we are no longer responsible for any new concerns that were not notified prior to the 48 hours ending. *
